I created this pattern with worsted weight yarn for this particular size. These boots are for babies 18 to 24 months, it measures approximately 13cm (5 1/4in)
Changing the yarn or the needle size would make a bigger or smaller boot. The googly eyes can be easily replaced for tiny yarn knots.
